John Quinn has focused on Australian landscape for imagery since 1990.
He is interested in "New Geology": the effects man has had on the
environment. He explores the state of the earth with his choices of media, oil paint, inks and gouaches.

He reflects these environments with the use of warm blacks, earth toned
rusts and colours produced by salt, droughts and wildfires.

His works take you into the realm of what he is depicting.
