Nicole Cleary was born and educated in Portland, 1976. Working since 16 years old in country and metro newspapers, she has travelled to East Timor where she was first to shoot the then President and First Lady of the new country. She loves to shoot people, particularly bands and has been published in New York, Montreal, Singapore, and has had work in Rolling Stone.
